Interactive Oral Reading |
||||
|
During Interactive Oral Reading, students work with a story three times. During the first reading, students simply see the text as the story is read to them. During the second and third readings, they have a variety of opportunities to interact with the reading. For example, they can click a sentence and have it reread, click a word and have it pronounced and defined, see a picture representing a word, pronounce a word, hear themselves as they pronounce the word, and get feedback on their performance.
