	Students can complete the program in one of two modes - listening and reading. Listening Mode - In the pre- and post-tests, you hear the word and choose the best image that matches the word. Reading Mode - In the pre- and post-tests, you see a word and read it into a speech recognition engine (Note: Speech recognition works best with a child's voice). Bonus Lesson - At the end of a unit, students play a bonus game that reviews function words, proper nouns, and the words targeted in the lessons.
